this auction is for 25 Symphoricarpos (snowberry) seeds pretty easy to grow can be grown as a border hedge in the garden great for wildlife , hummingbirds , butterflies , and clearwing moths like the flowers and believe me the entire bush will be covered with the flowers
the berries arren't edible for humans , the taste is very bitter , but the yard critters will love you for it
l only ship to verified addresses so if you aren't verified do so
these seeds need to be scarified but not to worry it's easy to do and l will send instructions on how to do that

I realize that the berries are bitter, but, have you ever tried recipes which call for a small amount of bitter? Bitter melon is used for a lot of recipes.

merrilllewis75 l don't know of any recipe that these berries The berries are not edible for us humans but animals do eat them. And they contain saponins, which are compounds very much like soap! l tried them and bitter doesn't do them justice trust me

all you have to do is taste one little berry and you will know what l mean , to be honest with you l don't really see how the critters stomach them lol but trust me these are delicacies only for the critters but they seem to love them birds go nuts for them !

the bushes that l harvested these seeds from was around 5 feet tall and maybe 4 feet wide but you can also trim these like hedge so if they get too big not to worry

just so you know l treat mine like you do privet hedge they can be trimmed and shaped and not to worry a good word is as good as a hand shake and the critters are gonna love having these in the area lol good luck
