i had two of these phones a little while back. i had a warranty on it and all that good stuff but when the phone was dropped it fell apart.verizon said they couldnt replace it all i could do was up grade, also i dont know if it is just where i live but it also liked freeze up all you could do was shut it off and hope it came back on. lets just say i only had these phones for about 6 months

It does get pretty expensive...I don't see why they charge so much for air time...last time I checked, I breath air and it was free..lol

Lol hahaha Iknow right, i left verizon and went to metro asap so that y i still have these phones that are almost brand new..But i do think they changed some things because i think that they have a 50 dollar plan now..If they do then i will be more than happyto go back to them with a 4g phone lol

When i was with them me and my mom were on the same plan but our bill will pretty high bc of me txting..But i think Now its like you can do a 50 dollar plan and its unlimited txt talk etc...I think they switched it up a bit since i have been with them
