I inspect each one for stray hairs before slipping them into a ziploc bag, placing it in a mailer and sealing it. It stays in the laundry room until it is taken to the post office. My laundry room is not a smoking area. Although I cannot guarantee that an item will be perfectly scented and free of all pet hair, it really is more likely to smell of Tide and Bounce. So, if you're not ultra sensitive, you can bid with confidence that your clothing item will be in great shape when it arrives.
