this is a relist. i now have negitive feed back from the winner of this auction because she/he lives in puerto rico and on my auction i had said no international shiping, and to my knollege puerto rico, was not appart of the states. the winner had disagreeded, with me and i had stated that i would check out the diffrences and still send out. but she still gave me negitive feedback :(

Just a note to clarify Puerto Rico Issue. This "Destination is an overseas U.S. Possession, territory or Freely Associated State." Accordingly to the United State Postal Service (USPS). it means Puerto Rico is not international because all shipping rates between both (any US State, to and for Puerto Rico) are the same.
