The set includes a pan, bottom insert, divider, and rack.



The instructions, and recipe book are all there. However I regretfully do not have the box.



I have the stencils that were included as a bonus are still in new wrap.



The pan is in excellent condition.



It was only used one time.



It bakes 18 individual slices.



The instructions are clear and easy to follow.



The recipes in the book are very good.



The pan is 7 x 10 inches.



You can also bake in the pan without using the divider.



It is very easy to remove a cake from this pan because of the separate bottom.



Each brownie is baked separately so that they are moist inside and chewy outside.



All parts of the set are dishwasher safe.



Cleaning up is easy.
