Gorgeous necklace!
None of the aqua diamonds are missing!
About 20" long give or take an inch
The main event (charm) is a round silver circle, lined with aqua diamonds.
The chain is a bit rusted like, just old and work a little.
The necklace itself is old but is in good condition.
