FREE: Large Lot of Mostly Unsearched 1999 Pokemon Cards w/HOLO & Possible Rares

Got these at auction from a baseball card lot. They were in a Pokemon binder, but since that wouldn't ship cheaply, I carefully removed them and stacked them up.

*Note: Winning bidder can have binder as well, but will have to pay half of shipping costs.*

Did some research and apparently there are regular cards, holos (about 1/2 of holos in cases, ran out so the rest are in soft sleeves), and I'm assuming some of them have to be rare. I made it through about fifteen when researching prices and they range from a dollar on up. Since I have zero interest in these, and none of them were graded, slabbed or encased, I'm assuming none are the Mickey Mantles of Pokemon, and the rest got placed into the box.
I saw promos, 1st editions, and upgraded characters from their level 1 selves.
Their condition on the whole is excellent, with some being near perfect / perfect and others having light scratches or light edging.
If I were guessing, I'd say the person that owned these collected the baseball cards and tested out Pokemon but quit shortly thereafter.
