Yes this is a REAL 14K gold heart charm! It's not plated, or hollow, it is real gold. You cannot call it solid bc it is not 24K and ONLY 24K gold is SOLID! This is no joke, it is REAL gold, the pictures show the stamp on the back as proof and there are plenty of pictures so you KNOW what you are getting. I got this when I was VERY young, it came with the "Best" charm and the "Friends" charm. This is for the "Best" heart, charm. I have NO idea what happened to the other one. Great for scrap gold, or if you want to wear it, you could =) Look at the picture with the dime in it for size comparison.

FYI, if you plan to ship your item using PayPal, the DC charge is 19 cents opposed to the .89c rate the USPS charges. I try to ship all my items through PayPal, now the pc is loading things correctly, again. Beautiful charm and listing! Great luck!
