In your Library, or Inventory? Games in your library have had their key redeemed and aren't available for trading or gifting. A gift in your inventory is the only kind of game you can trade unless you give out a Steam key to someone, and the gift has to be in your Inventory for 30 days before it becomes tradeable (but can be gifted).
