Condition is 7 or 8/10 as it has small creases and staple holes on front cover from where the comic book store stapled a coupon on there (I know I know what the hell were they thinking?!?)
Back cover is perfect and there are no other rips or tears.

Received on Free Comic Book Day which as you know involves standing in line for hours and hours and getting there before the store opens etc.
