Questions & Comments
Short Printed cards are rarely numbered. Example:2015 Topps cards 300-330. Serial #'d is Different. These are a subset (similar to parallel) with their own card number.
Short Print in the literal sense. You're still stuck on #'d. Serial numbered is VERY limited. /50 /399 /599 /2015. A parallel such as this is lesser print number. Lower odds than pulling the base cards
Insert, parallel, subsets are all (by definition) shorter prints than base cards. The most common 'SP' is found in Topps cards, going all the way back to 1952. They specify short print because the cards look EXACTLY the same. On an insert (such as these), they don't label it "short printed" because you're supposed to already know that they're short printed. These aren't differently numbered so it's not conventionally an "insert".
