The listing, ESTATE SALE FIND / TIN has ended.

This tin is very old. It measures: 2-1/4 " long from top to
bottom. & 1-1/4 " across bottom. The lid pull of easely.
I have no idea what it was for, only that it is very old.
If any one knows what this tin is, please let us know.

I'd guess maybe a Shaving Stick. But I can't figure out why the hole in the lid....unless it would've came with the brush, in which case the handle would've protruded through the hole while the lid kept it in place during transit.
