This is a beautiful book, full of gorgeous drawings, fold outs, and removable tidbits. The story is great, a lady watches her friends house and gardens over an extended time and slowly becomes aware of the fairies that live there.Along with the fanciful fairy tales and beautiful art, there are real facts strewn through the book about things such as plants and butterflies.The one potential problem with the book is that it is written in a tiny cursive.
It is an excellent read aloud for good quality time, and it has high entertainment value and a bit of educational value as well. Recommended for ages 10 and above due to the sometimes difficult to read cursive.

Hardcover with 32 pages. Great shape!
