The listing, Ancient Chinese Jade Figure of Kneeling Nobleman has ended.

The figure is 1 5/8" tall x 5/8" thick at the base. So, it is very small. Mr. Nobleman's color is pretty accurate in the photos – a dark, mottled, moss green. Origin: a dig in somewhere in China. It is in very good shape for having been buried. The string was placed there much later and I think, more than anything it keeps the holes open, possibly to be used as a method to pull another (more attractive) something through the holes. Mr. Nobleman makes an intriguing conversation item.

I don't think so, cause the jade ones i found online were more clear and looked like they were made of stone, this looks more like wood.
