Used Nokia Lumia 510. Needs new battery or something; will not power on, even when charging cable inserted.

I've looked online for possible solutions, but there are so many different issues listed.

I do not have service with Metro PCS anymore, so I was not going to expend any more time or effort trying to figure it out. It was fully functional the last time I used it, but when I switched to AT&T, I put it in a drawer and forgot about it.

At the present moment, no... As the description states, it needs a battery or a better charger or something. The last time I used it, yes. It had internet and games. Pretty sure flappy bird is still installed
