This is very pretty, can you tell me what's on top of the headband. Crystals, rhinestones??? Is it heavy, similar to a tiara. Thank you never seen a headband quiet so unique.

Ok so it's not like a Tierra . The pieces on the top are like little dots of sparkles glued to each individual square. Each square was then glues onto the headband. It is not heavy and it is costume jewelry . Hope this helps . I can tray and upload a pic of one of the squares later today

Humm I would say Clair's it's pretty and fits my head. But I don't wear headbands. I can't stand anything snug. It will also fit my six year old , it's loose on her. So I'm going with teen and adult :)
