Single card, comes with at least one sleeve. Mint/Near Mint condition probably. Great magic the gathering fetch land fetchland card in standard. Similar to shocklands but most say even better. Need credits soon so only 3 day fixed price!

Hi I just wanted to let you know that even though you say "No refunds if something is your or the post offices fault", Listia Policy says that the seller is responsible for delivery of winnings to winner. The ONLY reason they will fail to grant a refund if winner does not receive the item, is if the seller can prove by presenting a USPS tracking # that states the item was delivered. Even then, a refund may be granted if winner states item was broken or not as described.

If the winner claims the post office does not deliver the item, I am given the wrong address, the winner no longer wants the item, etc. I am not responsible.
