This is a 7 Herb Kit by FES (Flower Essence Services). These are based on meeting the needs of modern consciousness developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930's. These flower essences are used to help both spiritually and physical relationships.

They specifically address the emotional and spiritual well being.

This kit is dated 2007 but never been used and was purchased from an herbalist practioner. She said they should still be good for use.

The flowers available are:

Easter Lily
Black Cohosh
Lady's Slipper
Iris
Sagebush
Star Tulip
Yerba Santa

These are in sealed .25 oz. bottles.

If you go on FES website they have a pdf that actually tells you how to use the different flower essences.

Patterns of imbalance: Inability to cultivate quiet inner presence, lack of attunement or soul insight, unable to meditate or pray

Yerba Santa - Positive qualities: Free-flowing emotion, ability to harmonize breathing with feeling; capacity to express a full range of human emotions, especially pain and sadness; positive melancholy and soul depth
Patterns of imbalance: Constricted feelings, particularly in the heart and lungs; internalized grief and melancholy, deeply repressed emotions


To use these, choose an issue you are dealing in your life and select which essence seems to relate the best to it. Take 2 drops up to 4 times a day for about a month and make note during that month the changes that have occurred.

Put 2 drops in a small glass of water and sip.
