I really don't know...I know that before I got pregnant I wore a size 3 in jeans and these were a bit big. There are straps on the side to make the waist smaller. So that's what I did. After having the baby my hips spread so much I can't wear them anymore and I don't even know what my jean size is...if I had to guess I'd say a 6. So these probably fit sizes 3-5 maybe smaller...The are really long, too. I used to have to bunch them up at the bottom so that I didn't walk on the hem (I hate that) and then they looked kinda like Inuyasha pants at the bottom. They also have a zipper at the knee for wearing them as long shorts. Hope this helps.

No, I'm sorry I don't have a measuring tape. Like I told the last person that asked i wore a size 3 when i bought these. So I would think they are size 3/4
