Well, yes. More specifically, it's a Hello Kitty gashapon vending machine. Put a coin in the machine and turn the handle, and it dispenses little clear toy capsules containing numbers that you can play Bingo with. That's it. No gumballs, plastic jewelry, or licensed character stickers.

I bought it in the hopes that it would fit my dollhouse scale setup, but it's much too big. Also, I bought it used, and it does show. The top of the box is most banged up; the machine has light scratches. Also, one of the capsules came apart. I've put all the small parts in the bag for protection; you can glue the open capsule back together if you wish.
