The earrings are not marked but I know they are 10k because I bought the set about 15 years ago and the necklace and Ring are long gone. They measure just under 1/2".

yes they are posts and sorry i dont have the backs for them.....I can provide some tho if you need them. Just cant be 100% sure they are real gold as I have my backs in a little container and my earrings displayed on a plack.
