The listing, Florescent Scarf has ended.
It is Florescent and bright. Sorry the pics dont show the true color.It measure 55" long. Very soft and will keep you warm. It can be used as a scarf or you can double it up as a hand/arm warmer. Some even has made a hat.
I bought this when I lived in MI but only wore it once. Been packed away since I moved. But it is like brand new.
