Brand new, never worn, Halloween costume!

Not in original plastic package, but has truly never been worn, and I will wrap it up in a plastic bag before I mail.

I tried it on last year when I bought it, but never ended up going out to be able to wear it.
I wanted to dress up in boots and fishnets and do my hair just like the girl in the pic :(
And this year I'm pregnant and cant fit it, so I'm just going to let it go to someone else who will use it!

It includes the dress, a matching neck wrap, and a bodice which is just a piece you wear under the dress so its not see through at the top.
