This phone can use a sim card from TRACFONE, NET10, and Straightalk. It has an awesome MP3 player! This phone was mine and I got a contract DROID phone. It is the ONLY reason I am getting rid of it. I am watching and i truly do like this phone but I dont think a reg trac phone sim card will work I have straight talk and my straight talk when i bought a new one my old sim would not work if all i have to do is buy a 8 phone regular trac phone at walmart I would love this phone.... oh does it have a slider for a reg keyboard?could you email me please.... fanned you:)

No it does not have a slider. And i used a tracfone sim in it. I originally bought a tracfone for 8 bucks and used the sim from it temporarily. Tracfone, NET10, and Straightalk, owned by the same company.

yeah, i do know there is a way to do it. I know that if you buy a the cheapest phone with a sim card from tracfone, straightalk, or net 10, you can activate the phone and then switch over the sim card. it could be possible to use AT&T sim cards too. THX for input. FANNED ya!

what did you purchase it as was it net ten? tracphone? or straight talk i had a net ten phone and wanted to get it switched to straight talk but when i dialed 611 and talked to the people it only works for whatever you bought it as. just a little fyi for yall

not correct. i had a sim card from both tracfone and net10. I switched without calling them. I used tracfone sim because I had minutes left on it. Then I went back to Net10 because of unlimited plan. You can call AT&T, Straightalk, and Net10 and ask them. Hope this helps.

That little kid that said this is a fake auction just so she could bid on it, should be banned. Im surprised you allowed to make more comments after that. Shes obviously just a young kid, who shouldnt be using the site anyways, as its 18+. Her 550 starter credits wouldnt have wont this anyways. Listia needs to do more to keep the young kids off the site.
And no this wont work on Boost. This is a GSM phone, Boost is Iden and CDMA. The iden phones take a sim card to allow the 2 way to work, they're not GSM sim cards like you see in AT&T and TMobile phones, and this phone. But there is a possibility it might work on AT&T and TMobile, especially if you had it unlocked.
