This was worn only once as listed it is a petite large as wears like a medium on anyone wearing a normal large size. That's why I could only wear it once it simply doesn't fit my large chest. Comes from a smoke;pet friendly home.

Is this a half shirt? It looks like a half shirt from the angle the picture was taken. I love it, but Im hoping it has a long enough waist.

It's not a half shirt it's just a regular blouse fully covers the stomach. It is petite though. It's a Petite Large so fits smaller. It's why I have to part with it the bust is to big for this blouse.
