Very popular style Candy Bar, Chip Bag, Gum Wrapper Clutch Purse. Made from 100% recycled snack wrappers, handmade. New without tags. Super Cute.
Measures: 10 1/2" Inches Long, 4 1/4" Inches High, 2 1/4" Inches Wide will open to 4" Inches Wide. Strap extends 9" Inches from bag. Inside the purse is also the same as exterior for easy wipe up cleaning.

I have no idea. Its harder platic than you think. Would assume just paper towel dry. There is enough space between the bags water wouldnt lay. Does a chip bag get ruined when wet? :)
