no, but bought it for mailing back gifts from a trip and that is what my hometown post office set me up with and i told them what i was planning to do

Just check at post office don';t need a label if it is over 13 oz you can use stamps, but if you use stamps must take in to post office is the only difference stop trying to say things without checking first please
