One Kushies cloth diaper cover. It is made out of Nylon coated polyurethane. It is a size large, but I don't remember the pound range. Used once on my daughter, but she has HUGE thighs, so this did not fit her well.

It is just a cover. You would put it on over a prefold or a fitted diaper. These aren't included.
