This is a Betsey Johnson pvc or vinyl makeup bag or pencil bag. They appear to be unused. This bag has a minor sewing defect. It causes the zipper to pucker inward. There is a crease at the upper right corner of the solid colored side and a small black spot. The zipper defect doesn't affect the use of the zipper at all. The crease and spot are simply cosmetic. The spot will probably wash right off.
