This is a spiral hardcover book from Klutz Press
It's full of board games and the instructions on how to play them. There is an attached plastic pouch that has black and white game pieces. I'm not sure how many of the pieces came in it originally so it may be missing some - But it looks like it's just missing the dice.
It looks like it will be lots of fun for kids and adults.
