Thanks:) yes this is perm. it has the instructions with it about how to do it.
Usually dye would come with a bleaching kit and stuff but this one didn't because its for people with a lighter hair color. So my suggestion is that if you have dark hair you may have to buy a bleaching kit.

is the color bright? and will it come out dark red if you do that without bleach?

Yes the color is bright. it may come out dark red depending on how dark your hair is, but if you actually want it to show and be a neon bright red You will have to bleach your hair.

well it's common sense if you have really dark hair that close to black the hair dye won't show up believe me I know. I had really dark hair and the hair dye didn't show up. so I had to bleach my hair. hair dye last longer if you have bleach hair and show up much more. I have a bleach kit I might give away. I love hair dye, hate being boring and look like everybody else. but bleach will damage your hair but who cares right. your hair will die if you bleach it more then two times . so yeah bleach will help a lot if your planning to dye your hair :D

Yes it will dry up, thats why it is important to find a shampoo, and conditioner that are right for you. And of course, different people's hair will react differently.

yes it does say semi-permanent but who cares has long it stay for awhile on the hair, right? :) the first time I dye my hair was two years ago and I was excited to. at first I was scared to bleach my hair hearing people saying it will make hair fall out yeah if you bleach your hair more then twice. it was so worth it bleaching it because now I can try different color on my head. no more boring dark hair for me :) so many colors haven't use yet....if I don't win this I'll just buy my own hair dye it doesn't cost that much. I am proud to be who I am and I love my haters two :) yay to us wonderful people like us who stands out in the crowd ^_^

I started dying my hair a year ago and I loved it. Now I dye my hair all the time. I will have more dye up soon so if you don't win this one there will plenty more. If there weren't wonderful people like us, the world would be so boring!!! :P

Just wanted to add that this is not permanent dye, it's demi-permanent. : ) I would say, if you don't wash your hair too often and use color safe shampoo, it lasts 2-3 weeks, then fades.

me and my husband love to stand out we even had a vintage goth wedding and had vampire red hair :) i love you auction we used a bleaching kit did out hair and used manic panic purple haze it worked well but it does my husbands Mohawk did not stay purple for long sadly its like half purple and like ice blue lol but watching and fanned
