Because I do not know anything about this piece and I believe with all the ornate work this is probably vintage. But because I wasn't sure I also specified the possibility of
less years.I believe it is marked but I just can't make it out.
I'm thinking this may be silver or silver plate because of the possibility of markings, but the winner will have to be the judge.
This is a very distinctive piece that anyone could wear, but a man with this on his ring finger or pinky finger would look very distinctive indeed!
