I have here is a beautiful Sterling Silver Heart Necklace. The chain still has the tag on it and it says SS 15.5-18.5 Cable. Its marked SIS .925. This heart pendant is not small, its a little bit longer than 1'' long. It's marked 925 HN. I am not sure if its real diamonds though but it looks like its real diamonds to me. But to be safe i will say its white clear stones or CZ. It has 10 round white "diamonds" from smaller to larger all the way down. Very beautiful and a perfect size.
