Description
The listing, Arrowhead and Rock Authentic Collectible Artifacts has ended.
This piece was found in Texas. I believe it to be a scraper or arrowhead with serated edges. I believe it could be agate. Also included is a rock with a hole in it also found in Texas. A lot of times the indians would use these for paint pots. I don't believe this one has been used.
The arrowhead measures approximately 3 1/4"" from tip to tip. The rock measures approximately 1 1/2" across.
Nice for a collection.
Questions & Comments
The small stone is called a worry stone usually rubbed with the thumb to ease tension . The large stone looks to be a hatchet. I am going on what I have found in Alabama digs.
