The listing, Crochet Pattern for Lace Tank Top & Turquoise Necklace has ended.

THIS LISTING IS FOR THE PATTERN ONLY, NOT THE FINISHED ITEM.

You will receive the pattern for both the beautiful tank top shown as well as the necklace. The tank is made of fingering weight (size 1) yarn and the necklace from hemp and large turquoise beads. .There is a bonus pattern for a skirt with this.

Again, this is for the pattern only. I WILL NOT refund credits if you win the auction and fail to read the listing thoroughly. Please provide a Listia verified address within 7 days of end of auction. I will be glad to combine the items into one shipment if you are bidding on more than one. Please just let me know and I will hold everything until you are done.

This is the first one I saw. But it's still copyrighted material and to sell it individually without the designers consent is a crime. I design crochet patterns myself and know what it's like.

That's a copyright infringement and I really hope you take that down. People spend hours trying to make these patterns and it's not fair for you to resell them

This is not a photocopy, it is a pattern I removed from a book I purchased, therefore it is no more illegal to "resell" the pattern, which technically is not happening here, than it would be to put the magazine in a yard sale . I have no other copies and have refused to list photocopies for people who did not win an auction they wanted, for exactly the reason you state. THAT is illegal. So no, I will not take the listing down.
