This is 2 items in one. One is a brand new never worn clear retainer stud, for people who have jobs that don't allow face piercings. It's a temporary stud used for 8hrs max at a time. The second is a piercing size surgical steel multicolored stone, depending on the light, stud. It's actually the one they pierced my lip with. It is cleaned but You can always clean it with alcohol, or boil it for a few seconds if you want to. It's metal, so very easy to sterilize.
