This is an Earn Your Stripes Xbox Game that was promoted by Kelloggs in 2007.

"Shred right and left and even jump! Watch out for the tree stumps! With unique ‘gravity’ feature and 4 levels of difficulty.”

The game has never been removed from the packaging but I don't think the battery works anymore. And I can't tell if you can replace it or not. Still a nice addition if you collect cereal toys.
