The listing, 12v IC Relay has ended.

This is a recent pull. OEG 12v IC Relay #OSA-SS-212DM5.
I believe the output is 12v as this came out of a pc PSU.

Umm... There is no output on a relay. A relay is an electromechanical switch. The 12v is the voltage required to activate the coil to pull the contacts in. And the 'IC' part of "12v IC Relay" is actually not true. IC means "integrated circuit" and only applies to chips.

The input on this relay is 125vac and the output is 12v as listed on the item.

I've only been doing electronic repair for 25 years, so you might want to take a look at the datasheet for this relay: http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/5-1419124-7

Hey me too. I tried looking for info on the relay and could never find it.
I'm looking at the relay right now. I'm guessing this is 240 to 240 and 12v to throw it?
Bit confusing.

Not sure about the TV-3 and TV-4, but it's 12vdc to activate it and each of the two sets of contacts (it's a double-pole-single-throw - DPST - relay) will handle up to 5 amps at either 30vdc or 240vac.
