Comments: English Lavender grown in France. It has a characteristic purple-blue color and piney-lavender scent. Lavender flower buds are about the size of a grain of rice and are not on stems. Recommended for jar potpourris and culinary use. Traditionally used to lighten mood and ease depression, as well as encourage sleepiness

Thank you so much for the lovely auction! About how much lavender (say in cups, like 1/4 cup? 1/2 cup? more?) is in an once...or what size baggie does it fill? Just trying to get an idea of how much you would be sending to winner as I'd love to get some to make homemade sachets...they are soooo fragrant and yes, very relaxing aromatherapy! Lavender is light, so you get plenty! I'm estimating maybe a half cup. Could be more. This stuff is awesome though!! You'll smell it thru the baggie AND envelope when it arrives.
