What material is this made from?

It's a very hard plastic material. It looks as thou it could break if dropped on a hard surface. It is delicate for sure!! Thanks so much!! :-)

Can this windchime be used outside?

I have a very similar one hanging outside. If it gets stormy or super windy I bring mine inside for safe keeping. On a beautiful sunny day it's gorgeous catching the sunlight! I would say it's up to you as it is delicate but it is a wind chime for outside. Great question! Thank you and Good Luck!!
