This is an UNiversal branded sewing machine which has been in use off n on! But wait, get it oiled or tuneup yourself and it works like magic. It works for me just like it is but I live everything in the very best working condition. At this time, I can't lift nor pay for an expert tuneup, plus I have a lightweight newer one.

How much does it weigh? Is it cast iron or plastic (looks like plastic), how old is it? LOOKS LIKE it is from 70s. So we can expect to pay how much for shipping we need to know how much it weighs. Last one I shipped was $50. Wish you were close enough so I could come get it :-)

All steel or heavy metal, no plastic. Not even the bobbins. All bobbins and sewing attachments are metal, very sturdy and durable. The only plastic was the bag the manual and attachments were sealed in and is thick.
