The listing, Samsung Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile T989) has ended.

Up for grabs is a used Samsung Galaxy S2 from T-Mobile. It is in fair condition as you can see by the pictures. The housing is a bit rough but screen and camera are in great condition. Comes with 3 cases, having some problems with my phone ... Will upload pics of other 2 cases asap.

So what all is wrong with it and if I got it could I put my t mobile SIM in it and it work? Have you done anything to the phone trying to unlock it or whayever

There is nothing wrong with the phone I simply upgraded to a newer model and no longer need this one. Yes if you have an active T-Mobile sim card it will work. I have not tried to unlock it nor do I plan on trying to unlock it. Thank you and good luck.

Would you be able to call T-mobile and get the "Unlock" code from them. Since you are the original owner and the phone is paid off they will give you the code for free. Thanks for your time.

A phone does not need to be activated in order to use the internet through wifi if not using wifi you will not be able to access the internet unless phone is activated.

It is WiFi capable however to answer your question, I do not know if it does/n't need to be activated. Maybe another Listian can comment if they know. Thanks
