Hello; I have a brand new collar I bought for my old rescued Blue nose pit, but never used. The collar is adjustable from 18" up to 28" and for a Dog weighing up to 90lbs. It has soft fleece like material lining the inside. The brand is Planet dog and is 100% guaranteed. Washable durable and softens with age. The only thing I didn't like with the collar is the the fleece lining doesn't extend end to end on the inside ( if you look at the pictures you can see where the light blue ends and the dark blue outer material outer material begins)Please feel free to ask any questions.
