The listing, Laptop - Toshiba Satellite L4550 - for parts or repair has ended.

This laptop should work just fine if you can repair the AC input. I can't get the thing to charge, but I'm 99% certain the problem is not the battery.

Note: I switched out the hard drive at one point. It may not be the 250GB listed below, but it should be in that range. Possibly higher but possibly a little lower. I think I also added a little more RAM but I but I'm not absolutely certain.

Whoever wins this should not pay shipping until they receive the item and have it looked at to make sure that the problem is the AC input as he claims it most likely is. You may want to ship it back.

Ok, I just opened up the laptop, and the 2GB of ram is correct, but the hard drive is 160GB. If that's a deal-killer, I hope there's a way to retract one's bid on this site (OTOH, if the bidding doesn't go above 11 credits, it's still one hell of a deal.)

I don't have the adapter (well, I have the adapter I got for it, which was one of those universal adapters with different tips for different models, and I can't find the tip for this computer). No other accessories (not being stingy, just don't have them). I'll take some pictures of the actual computer (as several people have suggested) and put them up ASAP.
