Description: Gorgeous unique dress has two layers -- attached at the shoulders -- inside layer is dark blue with light blue flowers and has should pads (could be cut out easily) -- top piece has variety of floral print sheer fabric -- it buttons at the neckline and waist - just two buttons -- ties in the back -- the top piece has multiple high slits creating four panels which is very cute and unique...I've tried to show it in the pictures. Great dress!!!
