Thanks Sandra, Everybody was interested last time I listed one, but NOT EXCITED, partly because I mislabeled the dimensions as 6" rather than the 8+" it really was. So, this time I decided to try to point out what a dynamite piece it really is, pointing out the proper dimensions (I mean @ 81/2" x 1/2", we're talking a Harry Potter length Wand, lol), the many wonderful attributes that come with owning a Selenite Wand that simply Do Not Apply to any other wand, and finally, to accentuate these traits by marrying the Selenite Wand with a family of Charms that will aid in focus and concentration, along with a bit of Shungite for Protection and Healing (Sister to Selenite Herself), and a couple of Carnelians for Physical Vitality and Creativity! Altogether, this Wand incorporates all the bells and whisrles that I could put into it, while retaining its' purity and strength of purpose. I don't know what more that I might have done to make it more attractive to any practitioner or witch that might be shopping for an exquisite Wand! Hi Gayle, I know you were hoping to win the last Selenite Wand that I listed, so I alerted you as soon as I had my new one listed! I'm afraid that my last listing didn't get a fair shake because I simply relisted my previous listing without noticing that the dimensions were all wrong! These new wands are NOT the 4-6" wands that are usual here on Listia (or even on eBay, etc.), but are, instead, over 8" long, with a 1/2"x1/2" cross section! I included the Charms because they will all rend to focus the practitioners will onto the task at hand. Well Thank You very much!! I worked quite hard to add the proper charms and focii to enhance and empower the wand, without overdoing it and causing an imbalance! I think I've achieved a very nice precise instrument, but with a mellow 'friendly' aura that will welcome the hand of her new practitioner. This is a tool that will work well and closely with her practitioner for years to come. I did not instill limitations in this tool, so it's entirely up to the imagination and daring of the user to determine how far you can go and what you might accomplish together with this wand! Yes, absolutely! That's one of the main reasons it's such a natural Cleanser, naturally inclined to creating Positive from Negative. It's one of the main reasons it's found mostly in desert climes. Have you seen the Selenite pillars that folks make lamps from, and 'Desert Flowers' made from Selenite?

Anyway, I Fan'd you, and I'm very happy to meet you! I do kind if push Selenite when I have it, as it's just such a wonder substance! I love that it's self cleaning, and will even cleanse other crysals if you don't happen to have a smudge available. This one's got all the bells and whistles, with charms and focii to help the practitioner to guide his working and aid in concentration. I really do feel like it's important to try and disseminate knowledge to the extent possible, and I always try to put as much information into my listings as the script limitations allow me to. I, of course, wish you good luck if you decide to bid! As for my inventory, you caught me at a bad time. I'm just having the finalseveral listings of a group of about 24 listings ending this week. Absolutely, you know how I am with Rock-Hounding, and I've got a Lot of fieldguides! I tried to put all the bells and whistles on this wand, many 'value added' options as a car dealer might say, lol! I have it loaded with charm, and items to help focus and accomplish the working at hand. to aid in concentration and to remind the practitioner to maintain her/his own identity as the working dips her/his awareness into that of the individual in disharmony, allowing the working to aid the affected areas, and then to withdraw as a discreet entity. I'm very glad that your wand arrived in good time and shape, it took a bit of thought to come up with a shipping method that would ensure safe delivery of a long, narrow, crystal that's fairly fragile in it's own right! I think I came up with the best answer available, and apparently it worked well! Thanks for sharing with my bidders your own experience with a wand identical to the one above save that I merely included a few charms and focii when I shipped you your wand! I always try to assist my bidders with anything that I feel might help them to make better use of their winnings, sometimes that translates as written info, and sometimes as charms and artifacts to help focus the intent of the practitioner as he USES the item, but whichever it is, I try to make it available for them. I did work to make this one 'ready to wield', it should be pretty much 'point and click', with a smooth user interface, lol! Seriously, though, the Selenite spar, itself is over 8" long, which is a good usable size, and it's a surprisingly 'welcoming' crystal, it feels at home in the hand! The charms and focci serve to aid the practitioner with concentration and focus, of course, but also to help access different vibrational levels...it's a useful tool, and should provide some lucky practitioner with years of faithful service! Well, thank you very much Dianne! I have always held the opinion that the better informed a patron is, the better he/she'll be able to know exactly what is needed for a given situation! When I 'Got the Bug' and became enamored with Rocks and Minerals in general, and Crystals, specifically (about 2 years ago), I knew very little, and that made everything difficult, so I embarked on a crash course to learn everything I could. My method through that magnificent madness was to list many different crystals on listia and to research each as fully as possible until I could create an easily understandable digest to help my bidders! It's amazing just how much and how fast you can learn by first researching and then writing a brief but comprehensive report! I guess our teachers had it right, eh? I still endeavor to expand that education at every opportunity, and to pass it on to my readership. Perhaps, one day I'll sit down and collect all my old listings, go through the descriptions, and combine those with some good pictures, and edit together a small volume for public consumption, lol! Lord knows there have been worse offerings than I could put together!
As to the charms and other focii and such on this wand, I'm hoping to use them to stir up some genuine interest in this wand as an honest TOOL, that can be used for a wide range of workings, over and above its' basic functioning as a cleanser and empowerment crystal that grounds the user as he's working with it. With 2 paragraphs, i can describe Selenite, and show beyond doubt what a MAGNIFICENT tool for healing a Selenite Wand will be, and I'll do those 2 chapters following this, lol!
