Soak in water for 30 min. place around neck to keep cool! They are great in the summer! Reusable! Just let it air dry when finished!

Shipping is paid by winner, 2.00/ via paypal. I can also combine shipping if more than one auction is won.

These were made for a Military Support Group fundraiser and I happened to find more stashed away! Our troops use these in combat- rest assured they are well worth the shipping cost!

Yes there are water absorbing crystals that cause the tie to inflate. When the water evaporates it keeps you cool.
