You get it all I have a lot of jewelry here the first photo is what all you get the rest of the photos are what is in pic 1 the set in the box (not included) is black and diamond stones earrings & necklace the rings in top of photo are hematite and the rings there are 2 stainless steel and one diamond fake ring so photos arent good I have no good camera
