Beatrix Potter "Mrs Rabbit" Character Silver Plated Bell -Engraved NE. This darling little bell is silver plated metal standing 3" high. It has a handle scene of Beatrix Potter's Ms. Rabbit standing upon three books. It is engraved "NE" on the back and is in excellent condition.

I had hoped I wouldn't have to do this but people complain and just have No manners apparently.. SO, as many point out, the Rules...
