No batteries. I no longer have the usb cable but it takes the micro usb to download photos to your computer. The sd card I am keeping because I have photos on it.

Not automatically. you would have to upload to your computer then upload to your social network. I had an easyshare years ago and it spoiled me and I have not been happy with any camera since. Those are the greates camera

Yes. it has a small amount of internal memory to hold pictures( I don't remember how many)but to hold more you will need a sd card.
